Code of Conduct for Students

Remember you will be representing the Iqra University if you are offered a placement, you don’t have to accept it, but you must give the employer your decision promptly. If you are invited to an interview, you must respond to the employer.
You must keep the Employability Team informed of any decisions you make. If you have any doubts about your actions or conduct, please contact the Employability Team.

Start Early

Many large organizations begin their recruitment early in the academic year. Get your CV ready as soon as possible in the autumn term.

Be Thorough

Make sure you research the organization you’re applying to thoroughly. Do a first draft before submitting your application the Employability Team will happily look over it for you.

Job advertisements will be posted regularly, so keep checking for updates.
